In the owner-side consulting model, trade costs can often be paid directly by the homeowner while BuildAdvocate’s consulting fee stays separate from trade invoices. We do not certify structural safety, diagnose engineering conditions from photos, determine legal fault, guarantee insurance outcomes, or replace licensed professional opinions.
